THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF REFUGEES AND DISPLACED PEOPLE WHO ARE AFFECTED BY WAR, CONFLICT, CRISIS OR CRIME BY WORKING TO SECURE THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF SUCH PEOPLE BY PROVIDING HUMANITARIAN SUPPORT, INCLUDING SETTING UP AND RUNNING REFUGEE CAMPS AND TO PRESERVE THE SAFETY OF ALL THOSE ENGAGED IN HUMANITARIAN ACTIVITIES.
