TO PROMOTE AND PRESERVE GOOD HEALTH CARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN UNDERDEVELOPED COUNTRIES AND REGIONS, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY FACILITATING THE TREATMENT OF EYE CONDITIONS WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING THE VISION OF INDIVIDUALS.
