Charitable objects

(A) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF BOTH MUSLIMS AND OTHERS IN INDIA IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY THINKS FIT, INCLUDING BY: (1) AWARDING SUCH SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCE OR GRANTS TO MEET THE EXPENSES IN RESPECT OF GETTING EDUCATED AT ANY SCHOOL OR INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING. (2) PROVIDING THEIR EDUCATION, TO UNDERTAKE TRAVEL IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT EDUCATION OR TO PREPARE THEM FOR EMPLOYMENT, VOCATION, OCCUPATION, TRADE OR PROFESSION ON LEAVING ANY EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT. (B) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY OF BOTH MUSLIMS AND OTHERS LIVING IN INDIA BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY FOR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES.
