FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL AND PLAYING FIELD AND RECREATION GROUND FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA, THEIR VISITORS FRIENDS AND INVITEES WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES GAMES OF FOOTBALL OTHER SPORTS AND ATHLETICS AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPTAION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
