2. TO PROMOTE THE EFFECTIVE USE OF RESOURCES FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES BY CHARITIES AND NON-CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS OPERATING IN AFRICA FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT;
3 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND RESEARCH AND THE DISSEMINATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
