TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE BLIND AND THE PARTIALLY-SIGHTED WITHIN THE AREA OF WEST GLAMORGAN BY THE PRESENTATION OF SPORTING AND RECREATION ACTIVITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
