THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF SICKNESS OF CHILDREN (BETWEEN THE AGES OF 0 MONTHS AND 18 YEARS OLD) IN SHROPSHIRE, MID WALES AND HEREFORDSHIRE (WHO RECEIVE CARE FROM THE CHILDREN'S ONCOLOGY AND HAEMATOLOGY WARD AT SHREWSBURY AND TELFORD HOSPITAL TRUST) WITH A FORM OF CHILDHOOD CANCER AND/OR BLOOD DISORDERS AND THEIR FAMILIES BY THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND ITEMS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE.
