Activities - how the charity spends its money
THE OVERALL AIM OF COMPOS MENTIS IS TO PROMOTE GOOD MENTAL HEALTH AND MAKE IT AS ACCESSIBLE AS GOOD PHYSICAL HEALTH, PRINCIPALLY THROUGH GIVING TALKS TO SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES. THE INTENTION IS TO EVENTUALLY INCLUDE COMPANIES AND SIMILAR ORGANISATIONS. THE SPEAKERS WILL ALWAYS BE PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES EITHER AS SUFFERERS OR OR AS A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND.
