TO ADVANCE IN LIFE YOUNG PEOPLE BY PROVIDING CAREER GUIDANCE AND RELATED SERVICES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
