TO PROVIDE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE PARISH OF AUDLEY, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND FOR RECREATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
