THE FORMATION AND THE AIMS OF THE BAND SHALL BE TO PRODUCE, PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE THE PLAYING AND APPRECIATION OF BRASS BAND MUSIC IN THE TOWN AND SURROUNDING DISTRICTS.
