Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:- 4.1. TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO CHARITIES, OTHER ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS IN THE BUTALEJA DISTRICT OF UGANDA IN FULFILMENT OF THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE PURPOSES:- 4.1.1. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION; 4.1.2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND/OR SAVING OF LIVES; AND 4.1.3. THE RELIEF AND/OR PREVENTION OF POVERTY; AND 4.2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM IN PARTICULAR AS REGARDS ISSUES CONCERNING THE RELIEF AND/OR PREVENTION OF POVERTY.
