Charitable objects
1.1 The Objects of the Charity are for the public benefit:
1.1.1 to relieve elderly people who are in need, by providing housing and such items, services or facilities as are calculated to relieve the needs of such persons; and
1.1.2 to relieve financial hardship, sickness and poor health amongst elderly people.
Area of benefit
The area the charity can operate in, as set out in its governing document.
THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL MEAN AN AREA WITHIN A 100 MILES RADIUS OF THE
HOME WHICH IS SITUATED AT 53 LILLINGTON ROAD LEATNINGTON SPA IN THE COUNTY OF
WARWICKSHIRE.
