Charitable objects

(A) TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE, AND STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA COMPRISING THE PARISH OF PRESTBURY, CHESHIRE, WHICH AREA IS HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE AREA OF BENEFIT". (B) TO ENCOURAGE HIGH STANDARDS IN ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE AND TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING IN THE AREA. (C) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF GENERAL PUBLIC AMENITY OR HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
