RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT
(2) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE BENEFICIAL TO THE BENEFICIARIES OR A SUFFICIENT SECTION OF THEM
AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES DECIDE
