THE RELIEF OF DISABLED PERSONS THROUGHOUT THE SOUTH EAST REGION BY ENCOURAGING AND FACILITATING THEM IN POWERCHAIR FOOTBALL AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR NON-COMPETITIVE AND COMPETITIVE SPORT TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS AND ASSIST IN THEIR INTEGRATION INTO SOCIETY.
