GetYourLifeBack! supports people with mental health issues, hormonal problems and those who are socially isolated and excluded through 1:1 mindfulness-based therapy, group work and outdoor activities such as gardening, woodwork and art and craft. We connect people with people reducing loneliness and reconnect people with nature providing emotional, psychological and physical support naturally.
