Charitable objects
1.FOR THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (“OBJECTS”) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:- (1)TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY DELIVERING PREVENTATIVE SERVICES AND SUPPORT TO YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, YOUNG PEOPLE WHOSE PARENT(S) ARE IN CUSTODY AND/OR INVOLVED IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM BY REASON OF COMMITTING OFFENCES) TO HELP DEAL WITH ISSUES SUCH AS TEEN VIOLENCE AGAINST PARENTS, ANGER MANAGEMENT, SAFE RELATIONSHIPS, PARENTING AND GOOD EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH; (2)TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC CONCERNING THE BENEFITS OF SECURE COUPLE RELATIONSHIPS, MARRIAGE AND FAMILY LIFE IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE EMOTIONAL, SEXUAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING OF INDIVIDUALS WHICH IS DERIVED FROM COMMITTED RELATIONSHIPS; (3)TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
