FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS (MOSTLY DOGS AND CATS), IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND, IN PARTICULAR, BY PLACING SUCH DOGS INTO FOSTER HOMES WHILST PERMANENT HOMES ARE FOUND FOR THEM OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS.
