FOR THE PURPOSE OF HELPING AND EDUCATING YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL SPIRITUAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED AND INSOFAR AS IT MAY BE CONSISTENT WITH THE PRIMARY PURPOSE HEREINBEFORE MENTIONED FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE NORTH OF ENGLAND DISTRICT OF THE BOYS' BRIGADE.
