Wigan Civic Trust seeks to stimulate Public Interest in the area;to promote high standards of planning and architecture,and to secure the preservation,conservation,development and improvement of features of general public amenity or historic interest. We have members meetings with speakers on many different topics, and committee meetings where we look at local planning applications.
