TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF SUFFERING (OF THOSE PATIENTS WITH LIFE THREATENING CONDITIONS) AND TO ASSIST ANY OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANISATION, WHOSE AIMS ARE THE SAME, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE [ORGANISATION] SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT TO ENCOURAGE THAT CAUSE, INCLUDING THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE/FUNDING, SUPPORT, EDUCATION, FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT, IN THE PARISHES OF BUDLEIGH SALTERTON, EAST BUDLEIGH WITH BICTON, OTTERTON, COLATON RALEIGH, WOODBURY, AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.
