Networking in East Oldham Neighbourhoods (NEON) is a community group network made up of community groups who work together to improve communities by provide services and activities to the East Oldham neighbourhoods, communities and residents. All the groups are not for profit, we give our time for free, raise funds for these activities NEON's home is the Old Housing office/East Oldham Town Hall

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF EAST OLDHAM AND THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBOURHOOD, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID RESIDENTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS.
