THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES LIVING IN OXFORDSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION PROVIDED IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
