TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM MUSCULAR SYSTEM ATROPHY AND ASSOCIATED OR SIMILAR DISORDERS AND THOSE PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CARE, IN SUCH WAYS AS SHALL BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PROVISION OF: A) SUCH SPECIALIST ITEMS OR EQUIPMENT THAT MIGHT NOT OTHERWISE BE AVAILABLE EITHER PERMANENTLY OR ON LOAN; B) RESPITE CARE AND ASSISTANCE FOR CARERS; AND C) AN ONLINE RESOURCE PROVIDING INFORMATION, ADVICE AND SUPPORT.
