Talking Hands operates as an national Wales charity and deliver activities with Deaf children, young people & their families and Deaf families includes Signs and Rhymes toddlers group, play group and youth club up to 25 years of ages. This includes regional activities, programmes of sessional and projects activities across Wales and building our provision with Children, Youth and families.
