The main activities of the organisation is a full time day community care for older people (5 days per week) for older people (Over 60s) in particularly but not exclusively Caribbean and African in residents in the London Borough of Southwark, Activities provide ensures access to community care, leisure time occupation and community care activities, support and services for the elderly.

TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH OF THE LOCAL INHABITANTS BY MEANS OF COMMUNITY CARE. TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF THE LOCAL INHABITANTS PARTICULARLY PERSONS OF CARIBBEAN DESCENT WHO ARE VULNERABLE AND ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO BY THE REASON OF AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION.
