We have planning permission for 23 new affordable units in Dartington, Totnes including units for young people with support needs and adults with learning disabilities, with 8 market homes for cross-subsidy.

Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CLT ARE WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT (AS DEFINED IN ARTICLE 25): 1) PROVIDING ENVIRONMENTALLY SUSTAINABLE HOUSES OR HOSTELS AND ANY ASSOCIATED AMENITIES FOR PERSONS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES UPON TERMS APPROPRIATE TO THEIR MEANS; 2) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT; 3) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT AMONGST THE RESIDENTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT; 4) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR THOSE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES; 5) THE PROTECTION OR CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT .
