A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION OF A LENDING LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SERVICE FOR THE BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS OF CHALFONT ST GILES AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.
B) TO PROVIDE THAT SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION ON GROUNDS OF SEX, AGE, DISABILITY OR OTHER PROTECTED CHARACTERISTIC .
