3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO (OBJECTS) ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE FOR SUCH CHARITIES OR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES IN EACH CASE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, INCLUDING BY PROVIDING GRANTS, LOANS OR OTHER FINANCIAL SUPPORT. 3.2 NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR ANY PURPOSE WHICH IS NOT A CHARITABLE PURPOSE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT 2011.
