PROVIDING A PRESCHOOL SERVICE 2. PROMOTING PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT AND ENCOURAGING GOOD PARENTING SKILLS 3. PROVIDING WRAP AROUND CARE FOR CHILDREN UP TO THE END OF PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE.
