THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY ARE TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND ADVANCE EDUCATION, BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, IN ORDER TO ENHANCE THE LIFE CHANCES OF YOUNG PEOPLE, PARTICULARLY THOSE OF SCHOOL AGE.
