Activities - how the charity spends its money
40tude is an innovative and successful charity that is tackling colon cancer. Since the organisation was founded in 2011 we have raised over £2.5 million to raise awareness and support ground-breaking research into the early diagnosis and treatment of colon (bowel) cancer. We are helping to fund ground-breaking research programmes at St. Mark's Hospital, the national bowel hospital.

1.TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SUFFERERS OF COLON CANCER AND GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASE AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, RESEARCH FUNDING, SPECIALISED EQUIPMENT, SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE; AND 2.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO BOWEL CANCER AND GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASE.
