From 1 April 2017 DreamArts CIO is the charitable structure for the work of DreamArts Trust (registration 1070614) which was established in 1999. The mission of DreamArts is to transform young lives through arts and therapy, delivering award-winning projects where they express themselves on their own terms, explore their challenges and build their strengths so they can realise their potential.

TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WESTMINSTER AND OTHER GREATER LONDON BOROUGHS BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND CREATIVE ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
