THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT. 3. THE PRESERVATION, RESTORATION, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF ROCK HALL FARNWORTH, A GRADE II LISTED BUILDING AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTIONAL HERITAGE THAT EXISTS IN AND AROUND THE SAID BUILDING. 4.
