WITHIN THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKESHIRE
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDING TO PERSONS WHO WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO DO SO TO ENABLE THEM TO UNDERTAKE EDUCATION COURSES THAT WILL IMPROVE THEIR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
