Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:-
1. TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL OF THE PUBLIC BY EDUCATING THE PUBLIC IN THE THERAPEUTIC BENEFITS OF MUSIC AND SOUND IN ANY WAYS THAT THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT; AND
2. TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE PUBLIC?S EDUCATION IN SOUND HEALTH AND WELL BEING; AND
3. TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
