TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN WILTSHIRE BY PROVIDING SUPPORT TO FAMILIES, INDIVIDUALS BOTH MALE AND FEMALE, AND CHILDREN/YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED DIFFICULTY, WHERE THAT DIFFICULTY IS RELATED TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND THEIR ASSOCIATED ISSUES.
