Charitable objects
2.2. THE OBJECTS ARE TO ADVANCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT ANY PURPOSE WHICH IS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, INCLUDING IN PARTICULAR ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG, SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED, PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: 2.2.1. ADVANCING THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION TO IMPROVE THEIR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES; 2.2.2. DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; AND 2.2.3. PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES TO BROADEN THEIR HORIZONS AND IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS BY MAKING DONATIONS TO CHARITIES AND NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS WHO SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS IN CHARITABLE NEED BOTH IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND OVERSEAS.
