TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PROPERTY AT 6 QUEEN STREET, SKELMANTHORPE AND ITS HISTORIC CONTENTS AS A TEXTILE HERITAGE CENTRE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC REGARDING THE HISTORY OF THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY WITHIN THE AREA.
