Lockarts is a Suffolk based arts in mental health charity. We work with people of all ages to improve and sustain their mental and emotional wellbeing through the arts. We deliver educative and therapeutic arts based programmes working with the arts, heritage and health care sectors to provide rich learning experiences in welcoming and inclusive environments.

THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH OF PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN SUFFERING FROM MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILLNESS OR WHO ARE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIVE AND THERAPEUTIC ARTS BASED PROGRAMMES. 2. TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM IN THEIR ABILITY TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIVE AND THERAPEUTIC ARTS BASED PROGRAMMES.
