FOR THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BEXLEY AND SURROUNDING AREAS WHO HAVE DISABILITIES, IN PARTICULAR BY ESTABLISHING AND IMPROVING FACILITIES FOR SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AND BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE TO THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS.
