TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY USING TEACHING IN AND OPPORTUNITIES TO PRACTISE THE ARTS TO PREVENT PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIAL EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.
