TO RELIEVE NEED AND TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONG MUSICIANS, AND AMONG PERSONS WHO WORK OR HAVE WORKED IN PROFESSIONS OR OCCUPATIONS WITHIN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY OR CLOSELY CONNECTED TO MUSIC, AND WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE FOUNDATION HAVE PROVIDED VALUABLE SERVICE TO MUSIC.
