Charitable objects
1.THE RELIEF AND REHABILITATION OF PRISONERS AND EX-OFFENDERS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE WITH EMPLOYMENT AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING VOLUNTARY AND RESTORATIVE JUSTICE WORK, PRIMARILY THROUGH THE OPERATION OF A WEBSITE AND LIAISING WITH WORK PROVIDERS; 2.THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF HAVING SERVED A PRISON SENTENCE BY ASSISTING WITH THEIR REHABILITATION THROUGH: A.RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES AFFECTING SUCH PERSONS GENERALLY AND IN RELATION TO THEIR SOCIAL EXCLUSION; B.DEVELOPING LINKS WITH EMPLOYERS, SKILLS PROVIDERS AND VOLUNTARY COMMUNITY GROUPS TO SEEK WORK AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES. 3.THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PRISON LAW AND PRACTICE BY PUBLICISING REPORTS OF ACADEMIC BODIES, LEGAL PRACTITIONERS AND HER MAJESTY’S PRISON INSPECTORATE. 4.TO PROMOTE RESTORATIVE JUSTICE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS A MEANS OF PROMOTING RECONCILIATION AND RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF VICTIMS OF CRIME.
