Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ("THE OBJECTS") FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT ARE: (1) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS WITH HEART FAILURE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND / OR PRACTICAL ADVICE; (2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO HEART FAILURE; AND (3) ANY OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW IN ENGLAND AND WALES, AS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME.
