TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN OF PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE IN HERTFORDSHIRE, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS CLUBS PROVIDING ADDITIONAL TUITION IN A RANGE OF ACADEMIC AND CREATIVE SUBJECTS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT.
