Activities - how the charity spends its money
Yoga Quota shares the benefits of yoga to disadvantaged groups. We do this through a Quota system. Every 50 people who pay for yoga at our yoga studios we give a free class for charity. We also get yoga teachers and studios across the UK to sign up to their own quotas and support them to teach yoga to disadvantaged groups for free.
