THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:-

4.2.THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED ARISING FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, ILL-HEALTH OR OTHER SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE.
