We offer Health and Fitness to the Knowsley and surrounding areas. We are in the heart of Kirkby Town Centre on Cherryfeild Drive. As well as offering Health and Fitness we also have a premisses that can be used for other support groups that will benefit the community.

Charitable objects
(1) TO PROMOTE PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY PROVIDING FACILITIES AND ASSISTANCE FOR THE COACHING AND PLAYING OF SPORTS CAPABLE OF IMPROVING HEALTH (2) TO PROMOTE HEALTH THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, INFORMATION, ADVICE AND SUPPORT IN RELATION TO DIET, NUTRITION, LIFESTYLE, FITNESS AND PHYSICAL EXERCISE; (3) TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF SUCH PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (4) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
